Every year at the beginning of the year, I write a post about my goals. This is due in part to the nature of my personality - list making and goal achieving to the maximum! If you really would like to know, in more depth, I have attached information on my Myers-Briggs and StrengthsFinders. So it would only make sense that my life is built around the shape of my personality and preferences.

"Frank, decisive, assume leadership readily. Quickly see illogical and inefficient procedures and policies, develop and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizational problems. Enjoy long-term planning and goal setting. Usually well informed, well read, enjoy expanding their knowledge and passing it on to others. Forceful in presenting their ideas."
